Fixed Swap Menu

Enables a Dual Radio "Radio Swap" menu-selection to always appear in the left-most menu position of the control head in a Dual Radio configuration, even as the radio-user scrolls through the soft-menu buttons. This menu-selection appears regardless of whether the Radio Swap menu-selection is CPS-defined or not. This feature applies on a radio-wide basis.

When the Radio Selection field is set to "Primary Radio" or "Secondary Radio", and

when the radio is model / option capable.
